Hello. My name is Jody Sandler, owner of In Grand Form, Jody's Fitness, & co-owner of LITE SQUARED®.
Jody has been in the industry for over 40 years, helping individuals focus on proper form to ensure healthy results. Jody enjoys working with older adults who want to improve their balance, strength, and flexibility.
Jody aims to customize a program that fits your needs and expectations. These range from all forms of gym equipment to home workouts using your body weight, light weights, Pilates-based exercises, and a wide range of therapeutic and restorative stretching techniques.
Ms. Sandler has a long history of working with other healthcare professionals, helping build and facilitate personalized healthcare plans. Her goal is to move you forward.

Single 55-minute session: $90.00
Partner Training: $49.50 each
1/2 Hour Session: $47.50
Start-Up Package: $249.00 (4 sessions) include a mini-fitness assessment, one-on-one sessions plus an electronic copy of your program.

A Brief History of In Grand Form
In Grand Form was formed in 1981 as a vehicle to produce classes and develop a video format to encourage size-plus and under-active adults to move. By 1995 the focus grew to include active older adults (both men and women) and women's health, (menopause, pre, and post).
Both In Grand Form and Jody's Fitness actively promote healthy eating strategies and focus on programs that are safe, effective, and fun. New to the mix (2018) is LITE Squared ™, a Low Impact moderate-intensity gym-based workout with a focus on maintaining correct form while exercising. Jody's philosophy encourages people to be happy and healthy no matter what their size or age. In addition to group training, fitness, and corporate workshops, Jody coaches individuals in her Personal Fitness Training sessions.
Recognized in the media for her work, Jody has been interviewed by newspapers across Canada and has appeared on the Life Network, BCTV, Chatelaine Magazine, and on the cover of Fitness Business Canada. Her first video was a Canadian best-seller. Her second video/DVD, "In Grand Form 2" was released in 1999.
1986 - Created the first fitness video offering three levels of intensity.
1993 - Fitness class gets a rave review.
1997 - Jody and the 'Tah-Dah Girls' land the center fold in Chatelaine
1999 - Launches In Grand Form 2, a CanadiAn best selling fitness video
2000 - Jody and the 'Tah-Dah Girls' make the cover on Fitness Business Canada

I signed up for LITE Squared® because of the reputation of the instructors and because I like trying new things. As well, I was attracted to the low-impact aspect, as my wrists and knees are tender.
Due to Jody’s coaching, I have increased my strength markedly over the last few years, and after the first LITE Squared® class I was concerned that it might be too easy for me.
Over the course of the six classes, the instructors led us through subtle and individualized tweaks to our technique and posture that will remain with me for life. What seemed easy at first became hard work once I learned how to do it correctly!
